Kaleeg, a techie (30 years coding and building for the web) and scholar, is the driving visionary behind Legible, which he co-founded with COO/CPO Angela Doll based on his vision of a portable web publishing platform that would provide access to the world’s literature to anyone with any browser, on any device, anywhere in the world.
Legible COO and CPO (Chief Publishing Officer) Angela Doll has over 30 years of experience in publishing, digital media, film production and project management, including complex film projects and multi-million dollar communication campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Her writing, including four books, is published and translated widely. Angela has extensive industry experience in publishing and book conversion workflows and technology.

Deborah founded the first climate resilience thinktank in North America and has extensive hands-on expertise in strategic visioning, planning and implementation across all sectors, including all levels of government, the private sector, NGOs, philanthropic organizations, Indigenous Peoples, professional practitioners and community groups.
Legible CFO Ed Duda is a CPA with over 30 years of public and private company experience in a range of finance and business functions. He has held senior positions from CFO to Senior VP & CFO, and COO, for national and international corporations, including multiple Canadian Investment Brokerage firms. Prior to joining Legible, Ed was Managing Director of Delmac Pacific Management Inc., a private company specializing in public company financial reporting, risk management, regulatory compliance, junior company development, full-service brokerage firm implementation, and corporate governance.
